The studio does not include dedicated parking spaces. Load in is easy though: the space has street level access, so you can roll gear straight in without stairs or elevators.

The studio has no natural light. All lighting is controlled studio lighting, so your look is consistent any time of day. Want lights? Our lighting kit (studio lights and C-stands) is available as an add-on for $40. And if you want an open-air or daylight look, the Garage Room's door can be opened and the garage lit up.

The rooms are built for clean conversation audio. Microphones are not included with space rental: our Rode podcast mics come with podcast production bookings, or you can add the mic kit to a rental as a paid add-on. Honest note: the studio is not soundproof, so you may pick up faint ambient sound like HVAC hum. For podcast and interview recording it works beautifully; if your project needs a dead silent room, call us first at 501-502-2925 and we will talk it through.

The studio is at 12521 Kanis Rd, Little Rock, AR 72211. Sessions run weekdays, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. The Primary Studio also opens Saturdays 12:00pm to 3:00pm. The studio is at street level with restrooms, a sink, and a dressing room on site. Heads up: the space is not wheelchair accessible. Your booked time includes your setup and teardown, so plan your hour with that in mind.

Bringing your own gear? No problem for typical camera, audio, and lighting setups. If your production needs serious power, call us at 501-502-2925 before your session and we will confirm the setup will work.

• No smoking anywhere in the studio.
• Keep food and drink away from the equipment. Capped water only near the gear.
• Return furniture to its original setup before you leave.
• Respect the neighboring tenants.
• Your booked time includes setup and teardown. Run over and overtime is billed at the standard hourly rate.
• Damage beyond normal use may carry a fee.
• No smoke or haze machines.
• Wall decor stays on the walls.
• For everyone's security, there are 2 security cameras in the main media space.

• Behind-the-scenes photos land in your delivery folder the same day as your session.
• Edited podcast episodes are delivered within 5 business days of your session.
• Need it faster? Rush delivery is available. Ask when you book or when we record.

Plans change. Cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before your session. Inside 24 hours, just call us at 501-502-2925.
